Ultra precision requires measuring accuracies down to the sub-micrometer range.
Tight shape-position tolerances, temperature-critical dimensions, workpiece tension – none of this can be checked and therefore not handled without a high-precision coordinate measuring machine. Kugler has a very precise Mitutoyo Legex coordinate measuring machine with various measuring heads to meet these challenges.
Our special measurement algorithms, developed by our engineering team,
allow us to achieve meaningful measurement results even when the unfavourable situation is that manufacturing accuracy, measurement accuracy and component requirements are all of the same micrometer range!
